Refund policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This is a translation of the Arabic policy; if the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
The principle
A plan unlocks features and gives a balance that is used up by the actual work. So as long as the balance hasn't been used, a refund is possible; whatever has been used has already produced documents and we have borne its cost.
You start with a free account that comes with a welcome grant of points to try the chat and what the free plan unlocks. What each paid plan unlocks is shown in the plans table before purchase — so if you buy and then change your mind before using its balance, you get a full refund within 3 days. The refunded amount goes back to the same payment method.
When we refund
- A duplicate or wrong charge: refunded in full.
- A payment that didn't activate a plan: refunded in full, or we activate your plan — as you choose.
- A fault on our side that stopped you using what you paid for: what wasn't used is refunded.
- Within 3 days of purchase, if you haven't used any of the plan's balance: refunded in full.
When we don't refund
- After any part of the plan's balance has been used, or after 3 days have passed since purchase — except in the first three cases above (a wrong charge, a payment that didn't activate, a fault on our side). And whatever is left of your balance isn't lost: it stays in your account without expiring, for you to use on what your plan unlocks.
- If the reason for the request is dissatisfaction with the content of a document that was actually produced — the service produces a draft that needs your review, and this is stated before purchase.
- When the terms of use have been broken.
How to request
Write to us at billing@verdak.app from the email linked to your account, and include the transaction number (you'll find it on the payment page or in the gateway's message). We reply within 48 hours, and the refunded amount arrives within the time set by the payment gateway.
