This is a translation of the Arabic terms; if the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.

1. The service

Verdak docs is a service that gathers what is said in your conversation with AI into a document — a report, an explainer, a presentation or questions — formats your own material (the “Composed document”) and translates your documents, as Word and PDF. It is provided by Verdak.

2. Your account

You create your account through an identity provider (Google). The account is personal to you alone, and you are responsible for everything done with it. Don't share your account with anyone else.

Age: the service is for those who are at least thirteen. Anyone under eighteen uses it with the consent of their guardian, and the guardian is responsible for any purchase. Whenever we learn that an account belongs to someone under thirteen, it is closed and its data deleted.

3. Acceptable use

You use the service for lawful purposes. It may not be used to produce content that is illegal, abusive or that infringes the rights of others, or to try to disrupt the service or get around its limits.

4. Your responsibility for content

What the service produces is a draft that needs your review. You are responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the content before you use it or hand it in, and for following the rules of your institution, university or workplace. We bear no consequence of use that breaks those rules.

5. Ownership of documents

The documents you create are yours. We retain ownership of the service itself, its software and its brand.

6. Plans and balance

Plans are bought at the price shown at the time of purchase; they unlock features and give a balance that is used up by the actual work. The balance cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. Prices may change in the future, and a change does not affect a plan you bought before it.

No automatic renewal and no recurring charge. A plan unlocks its features for one month, and ends when the month ends, returning you to the free plan. Nothing is charged to your payment method after the first purchase — if you want to continue, you buy a new plan yourself. The points you received do not expire when the month ends.

7. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the service available, and do not guarantee that it will run without interruption. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice wherever possible.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In all cases our liability does not exceed what you actually paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the update is announced on this page with its date.

10. Complaints before a bank dispute

If you see a wrong charge or didn't receive a service you paid for, write to us first at billing@verdak.app — we reply within 48 hours, and the refund policy sets out what is refunded and when. Opening a dispute with the bank or the payment gateway before writing to us makes it take longer for you, not shorter. This does not affect your right to go to them afterwards.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
